Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C). Gently grease a 9 inch cake pan.
Heat oil inside a large skillet over medium-high temperature. Add onions and prepare, stirring from time to time, until onions are soft. Stir in green spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.
Inside a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, pepper and salt. Add green spinach mixture and stir to combine. Scoop into prepared cake pan.
Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about half an hour. Let awesome for ten minutes before serving.
