CRUSTLESS SPINACH QUICHE
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped green spinach, thawed and drained
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

- Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C). Gently grease a 9 inch cake pan.
- Heat oil inside a large skillet over medium-high temperature. Add onions and prepare, stirring from time to time, until onions are soft. Stir in green spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.
- Inside a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, pepper and salt. Add green spinach mixture and stir to combine. Scoop into prepared cake pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about half an hour. Let awesome for ten minutes before serving.
